What You’ll Do as a Lead Maintenance Technician: Serve as primary contact for customer leadership on maintenance, safety, and quality matters Oversee compliance with site-specific safety, environmental, and quality standards Lead training for new hires and maintain safety documentation Coordinate shift coverage, scheduling, and project priorities for MAU associates Investigate safety incidents, document findings, and update systems per MAU standards Conduct performance reviews and recommend process improvements Serve as on-call emergency contact for personnel injuries, equipment issues, or property damage Facilitate communication between MAU leadership and customer management teams Ensure continuous improvement in maintenance processes and operational efficiency
