Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance / Janitor to help maintain our facilities and grounds. This position is critical in ensuring our dealership is clean, safe, and operating smoothly for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor and major repairs on buildings and equipment (major repairs under supervision of licensed workers)Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requestsMaintain records of scheduled maintenanceOrder and restock repair parts and cleaning suppliesClean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areasVacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and stairwaysEmpty and sanitize trash receptaclesMaintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable conditionProperly label and dilute cleaning chemicalsFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPEAssist with general grounds keeping and exterior maintenanceComplete other routine maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication and time management skillsAbility to understand instructions and perform tasks independentlyBasic math skills and ability to use measurement toolsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record requiredExperience in janitorial or general maintenance work is a plus
