Description Now Hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Helper in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

Pay: $17/hr. Paid weekly

Maintenance Helper Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintaining general equipment functioning. Monitoring process temperatures and pumps, compressor, filter, valves, etc. Report any equipment failure. Maintain Exhaust fans working properly. Maintain the facilities in good condition Maintain salt levels in Softeners. Eliminate or fix any leak. Maintains accountability for meeting safety & quality departmental goals. Participate in cross-functional teams as a maintenance representative. Initiate appropriate actions for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Maintenance Helper Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance areas. High school diploma Fluent in English and Spanish Basic knowledge of a P.C. Excel, Word, and Power Point.  Detail orientated and analytical. Must be highly motivated and have good interpersonal skills Follows safe operating procedures when using tools and equipment.
