Maintenance Group Leader
Job Description Our team is seeking to add two Maintenance Group Leaders to their growing team to help with a new initiative. The Maintenance Group Leader oversees a team of skilled union hourly workers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and adherence to union agreements, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.  Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple tasks and priorities  Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance  Drive accountability and performance through effective team leadership  Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and corporate policies  Collaborate across departments to meet production goals  Manage labor, inventory, and machinery usage efficiently  Support electric and autonomous vehicle manufacturing initiatives We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
