Job Details:

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Applicants must be willing to work overtime and weekends.Some departments are hot/wet, and some are cold/wet.Position requires standing long periods of time on concrete floors. Position requires pulling or lifting over 40 lbs and climbing ladders above 10 feet.Requires computer-based training and entering work into SAP system.Position requires using LOTO, Fall protection, Ladders, Forklifts, pallet Jacks, Lawn mowers, Weed trimmersCurrent maintenance techs will have first consideration over other applicants.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and computer skills is preferred. Candidates must have 6 months of maintenance experience or be in a maintenance apprenticeship program.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

Requirement: Must have 6 months industrial maintenance experience.
