**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment service schedules
+ Support maintenance team with clerical tasks including work order processing and data entry
+ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of parts and supplies
+ Assist in tracking compliance with safety and operational procedures
+ Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews
+ Provide backup support to the Plant Administrator to key HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and general employee assistance.

**Work Environment**
This role is based at a quarry site and involves working in an industrial environment. The position requires regular interaction with maintenance personnel, equipment, and administrative systems. Safety gear and protocols are strictly followed.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in both office and industrial settings
+ Occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
+ Use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and handling tools or parts
+ Visual acuity to read documents, operate computer systems, and inspect equipment
+ Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise
