Minimum requirements:
Matric plus a Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related qualification 10 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role within maintenance Strong background in overseeing repair work, preventative maintenance, and team coordination Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Hands-on experience with metal pressing machinery and exposure to the automotive manufacturing environment Skilled in planning, scheduling, and reporting on maintenance activities Sound knowledge of equipment, facilities, and production machinery Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
