Job Description:

We are seeking a Night Shift Mechanical Technician to support our production operations by performing equipment repairs and preventive inspections. You will provide hands-on mechanical support across multiple production lines to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Working hours: 11:00 PM Sunday to 7:00 AM Friday (five consecutive nights).

What are we looking for:

A proactive and engaged technician with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills and Mechanical acumen.

A team player who is willing to support different areas as required.

Experience in breakdown maintenance and food manufacturing environments.

Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering Trade (Fitter and Turner).

Skilled in TIG welding and general fabrication work.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Provide mechanical support across seven production lines, including equipment repairs, inspections, and component replacements.

Drive team engagement by promoting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to build team capabilities.

Reflect on and improve maintenance plans to support ongoing maintenance optimization efforts.

Continuously strive to reduce reliability downtime through proactive maintenance practices and problem-solving.
