Maintenance Facilities Support Tech – 3rd Shift

**CTG is seeking to fill a Maintenance Facilities Support Tech – 3rd Shift opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.**
**Location:** Morrisville, NC
**Duration:** 6 months
**Shift:** 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
**Duties:**
+ Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain safe and efficient production operations.
+ Perform Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance on production and facility equipment.
+ Apply problem-solving tools to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
+ Create One Point Lessons and Job Aids for Line Operators regarding equipment operation and setup.
+ Lead or support maintenance improvement projects including planning, coordination, and vendor management.
+ Participate in and/or lead initiatives involving energy conservation, Continuous Improvement, SMED, and TPM.
+ Assist production maintenance and engineering with machinery installation, adjustment, fabrication, and modification.
+ Improve safety and efficiency of production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
+ Ensure OSHA compliance in equipment usage and maintenance.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies.
+ Communicate equipment issues promptly to the Business Unit Leader (BUL) or Maintenance Manager.
+ Report any safety concerns immediately and follow all GMP and safety regulations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Skills:**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated hands-on experience.
+ Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical problems.
+ Working knowledge of PLC logic and troubleshooting.
+ Basic metal fabrication and plumbing repair skills.
+ Competence in using tools and machinery with proper care and safety.
+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on equipment interaction data.
+ Clear verbal and written communication; ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
+ Basic mathematical and data analysis skills related to maintenance KPIs.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a production or operations facility.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently.
+ Competencies with at least 2 years of experience in the following areas:
+ Electrical
+ Maintenance
+ Manufacturing
+ Manufacturing Electronic Technical Services
+ Microsoft Office
+ PLC Programming
+ Preventive and Remedial Service
+ Problem Solving
+ SAP
+ Schematics
**Education:**
+ High school diploma required.
+ Preferred certification from a recognized technical institute or military training in related field.
+ Must meet minimum required score on Work Keys tests.
