Job Description Student will shadow technician and collect detailed information, including pictures, video, measurements etc. for the respective task, for the purpose of updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – Maximo – job plans, as well as safety, environmental and 5S procedures. OUR CANDIDATE: + Mechanical Engineering / Millwright students + Good communication and interpersonal skills + Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical components such as pumps, motors, gear boxes, bearings, belts, conveyors, elevators etc. + Ability to read blueprints, as well as creating engineering hand sketched and basic drawings + Basic understanding of measuring tools (pi-tape, vernier caliper etc.), infrared temperature gun, strobe light etc. + Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel etc.). + Ability to use Maximo or other CMMS is an asset. + Ability to work during planned shutdown days, after hours and weekends.
