Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Maintenance at MAGNA. During the Magna NextGen Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.
Who we are looking for
Fluent in English and preferably Hungarian
Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in Maintenance department
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Technical Management or similar
Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and experience with maintenance management systems
