Overall responsibilities and duties:

Utility, Facility and Machinery.MTTR, MTBF, OEE implementation.

 

The main missions of the role are:

Provide machine technical support to maintenance and operation teams.Define and implement reliability and maintenance “best practices” to improve overall mechanical equipment effectiveness.Establish maintenance standard work, WI or procedure to teams.Review the selection and installation of all new machine equipment’s.Support and maintain department KPI such as MTTR and MTBF.Control plan maintenance, Facility, Utility, or machine in Production machine.Check and test infrastructure as electrical power, water supply system, air condition system, air compressor system, chiller, cooling tower.Energy management report, Energy shaving Project, Energy conservation, Electric shaving.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

 

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineerAt least 5 years in industrial or process automation or maintenance activitiesExperience in machining & assembly processes maintenance management, multiple PLC platforms and other programmable control systems.Advance PLC, Citeh SCADAPLC Communication CC-LinkDesign electric controlAutoCAD 2DKnowledge skill in Machine Vision and Robotics are advantage.Lean and Kaizen knowledge and mindsetPlant lay outMachine installationSet up network interface machineEnglish communication (Fair to speak and writing an email is ok)Positive attitude self-motivates and pro-active are require.
