The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving products, processes, and machinery within the Production Unit (PU) to enhance yields, efficiency, quality, and logistics performance, working under general supervision. The role performs troubleshooting activities within the factory, diagnosing and resolving issues related to the performance of physical assets and process adjustments. The role formulates solutions for partial technical problems by integrating previous experiences, technical analysis, and feasibility studies to address challenges effectively. The role offers technical support and guidance to production teams during initial startup phases, actively contributing to refining and enhancing the production process.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in electronic manufacturing maintenance with excellence problem solving and analytical skills.Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in High-Volume Assembly-Type Industry and proficiency with Auto CAD and PLC (knowledge in SAP is an advantage).Strong knowledge in machine automation and robotic (knowledge in IoT is an advantage).Familiar with ISO9001 QMS , ISO45001 OH&S, ISO14001 EMS, ( knowledge in ISO 13485 FDA Class 1 Quality Management is an advantage).How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
