We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee and supervise a team of 6-8 technicians across various fields. The role involves performing electrical repairs, plumbing, and minor carpentry tasks within our facility. You will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the hospital's infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of 6-8 technicians across different fields.Perform electrical repairs including removal and replacement of switches, ballasts, motors, and motor controls.Conduct plumbing tasks such as drains maintenance, fixture repairs, and rodding.Handle minor carpentry tasks including installation and repair of doors, shelving, and locks.Be available to work weekend hours and overtime as needed.
Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance, ideally in healthcare.Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, troubleshooting, and maintenance repair.Experience supervising teams of 5 or more technicians.Knowledge of CMMS work order systems and preventive maintenance.Understanding of boiler maintenance and building management systems (BMS).
Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in plumbing.Knowledge of boiler operations.Live within 1 hour of the hospital for on-call responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
