Salary: £49,400 basic (includes flexibility payment) + Overtime @ 1.5x after 42 hrs/week
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights

We’re looking for someone who:Lives and breathes our core values: Determination, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork.Is a time-served multi skilled technician with strong systems & control knowledge.Must have Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experienceFully qualified in both disciplinesCan read and interpret Electrical Control Wiring Diagrams.Has PLC programming and fault-finding experience.Enjoys learning new techniques and technology.Ideally has experience in the food or processing industry (desirable, not essential).Thrives under pressure, works flexibly, and brings plenty of ideas and enthusiasm.
Your Role:Provide shift technical leadership to operations colleagues.React quickly to day-to-day breakdowns and carry out efficient changeovers.Work 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights.Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development alongside lead engineers.Take full ownership of your work, meeting agreed deadlines with both internal teams and external contractors.
