**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee outside building maintenance tasks, including cleaning graffiti, taking out trash, and conducting general repairs. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the building's exterior remains in excellent condition. + Clean graffiti and perform general cleanup tasks around the building. + Take out trash and manage waste disposal efficiently. + Conduct repairs on any damage found outside the building. **Essential Skills** + Experience in preventive maintenance tasks. + Ability to perform outside maintenance including cleaning and repairs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in building maintenance is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job security with no layoffs and ample room for career advancement. **Work Environment** The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a varied and dynamic work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
