Maintenance Engineer 

 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Prepare the Maintenance Plan for plant and harvesting related to field (processing devices)Maintain scheduling, organize the work and distribute taskMaintain the related ISO work instructions and complete the required documents/recordsSupport preventive and corrective action planning in a maintenance area (electricity, mechanics)Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with Bayer FCPA and ESH rules by employees (temporary and permanent) and sub- contractorsPrioritize maintenance activities as the Site requires - reduce downtime in operationsPrepare maintenance operations and document for plant, field, machine equipment life-cycles up-to-dateControl effectiveness and quality of maintenance operation when done and participate in Machinery Safety Pogram as MSRParticipate and assist Improvement and Capex projects planning and execution on the SiteProvide support to training plan and coaching sessions for site teamsLead and support User Driven Maintenance and Asset Care Best Practices in ONEPSS sue to given KPI'sAssist the Site during VSM analysis.

Who you are:

Electrical engineer BscHungarian Native and English Intermediate (B1) level language knowledge5 years relevant experience in maintenance fieldResponsible, flexible, customer oriented (internal, external)Good team player and trainer skillsPLC program & IT network knowledge is an advantage
