Supervises the daily activities of Maintenance Supervisors within a single department on multiple shifts to ensure the effective, timely provision of quality services. Generally, the role holder will be responsible for two or more supervisors and a mid-large sized team of Technicians. Operations are of mid-level complexity (e.g. higher technology), normally requiring some more complicated maintenance/repair.

Main Work Responsibilities

Responsible all plant production equipment and utility management；Critical spare part management and ensure all critical spare parts inventory.Optimize equipment to improve the reliability and depress the downtime.Root causes analyse for recurring equipment failures and recommend appropriate, permanent solutions.Develop the equipment PM tasks, supervise the implementation and regularly review according to operation experience.Project supporting.Responsible for the continuous improvement of equipment performance to meet the higher requirement of quality, safety and efficiency etc.Implement environmental, health and safety procedures and programs in accordance with company and legal requirementsWhen in maintenance activities implement or process operating, following maintenance operating procedures and any abnormal circumstances happened including the event could lead to process safety incidents, report to maintenance manager in time.Support to manager for the team building KPI management. the coordination and optimization of maintenance resource.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical EngineeringNo less than 5 years’ experience major in mechanical working experience in manufacture plant working in the chemical plant.Rich experience of predictive / preventive maintenance technologies Ability to plan and schedule maintenance activities effectively.Proficient in air compressor,refrigerator,HAVCProficient have equipment designing and project installation experience. Good knowledge of English (oral & written)Familiar with AutoCAD      Be enthusiastic, energetic, honest and hard working,     Strong hands-on ability, analytical and problem-solving abilityBe enthusiastic, energetic, honest and hard work,
