Job DescriptionMonitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machinesDiagnosing faults & defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdownsOEE improvement and cost decreasing projects.Critical spare parts management for all machines under the responsibilityBudget managements for all maintenance activities.Planning technical training for enhancing skills of team membersEoL material inspection and planning required revisionsProvide technical support through problem solving approach to maintenance teams at responding production machine breakdownsDefining and leading digitalization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategyContinuously communicating with client departments, suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance concepts.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. is a plus).1–2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).Strong analytical thinking for diagnosing breakdowns and developing quick, effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or other maintenance tracking software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
