We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Técnico de Controles** **Objetivo del Puesto:** Responsable de la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de control y automatización en equipos industriales, con el fin de garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y la optimización de los procesos operativos. **Responsabilidades:** **Instalación y configuración de sistemas de control:** + Instalar, configurar y calibrar equipos y dispositivos de control (PLC, sensores, variadores de velocidad, entre otros). + Realizar ajustes y modificaciones en los sistemas para asegurar el buen desempeño. **Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo:** + Realizar mantenimiento preventivo a los sistemas de control y automatización, garantizando su operación eficiente. + Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en los sistemas de control, con el fin de minimizar el tiempo de inactividad. **Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas:** + Analizar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con los sistemas de control. + Interactuar con otros departamentos para identificar áreas de mejora en los sistemas existentes. **Optimización de procesos:** + Trabajar en la mejora continua de los sistemas de control para incrementar la eficiencia y productividad. + Implementar soluciones innovadoras en sistemas de automatización. **Documentación y reportes:** + Llevar un registro detallado de las intervenciones realizadas, incluidas reparaciones y ajustes. + Elaborar informes técnicos sobre las actividades de mantenimiento y reparaciones. **Cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad:** + Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad industrial durante las intervenciones. + Garantizar que los sistemas de control operen dentro de las especificaciones de seguridad. **Requisitos:** + **Formación académica:** Técnico en Electrónica, Automatización, Mecatrónica o afines. + **Experiencia:** Mínimo 2 años en el área de control y automatización industrial. + **Conocimientos técnicos:** + Manejo de PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), variadores de frecuencia y sistemas SCADA. + Conocimiento en controladores y sistemas de monitoreo. + Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico electrónico y control. + **Habilidades:** + Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. + Capacidad de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo. + Conocimientos en seguridad industrial. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
