Position objective
Ensure the right execution of the business unit strategy through management of resources: people, equipment, tools and budget.
Be the key stakeholder with other areas in order to achieve the production goals, ensure the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction.
Also is in charge for improving the availability and performance of the machines.
Roles & responsibilities
Maintain a Safe environment of all Maintenance Operations
Develop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the proper maintenance of assets during its
Lifetime and maintain uptime of equipment to world class levels.
Develop and present annual sustainability plan for the equipment replacement (life cycle strategy)
Participate upstream with plant Engineering team for new infrastructure and equipment modifications
required to support the business continuity and capacity increase of production’s operations all in accordance with codes and regulations.
Ensures that all equipment/processes technical documentation, drawings and legal drawings are up to date and according to standards
Accountable for developing, monitoring and updating KPI’s & Director’s dashboard.
Use of LEAN principles and tools, e.g. TPM, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, Criticality analysis, Risk analysis, etc.
Optimize the cost in maintenance to ensure the best result with the less cost in the maintenance processes.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Follow up office vibe results though action plan.
Position profile:
Bachelor in: Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree.
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years In: Fabrication or assembly environments
Language:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
Technical skills (Minimum desired)
Have already worked with a CMMS (i.e. Guide TI, MP, SAP, Maximo)
Predictive and preventive maintenance knowledge
Management of key maintenance KPI’s
Knowledge of Health & Safety topics
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Budget Management
