\n\nPlanning and coordination of maintenance work in order to determine the operational capability of the aircraft within the ground times and the required capacities. \nProvide technical support to all EAT - Part 145 outstations on all issues.\nSupport in maintenance planning \nPreparation of a schedule for major maintenance events (Gantt Chart) \nContinuously track the expected release times for the non-operational aircraft and initiate actions to minimise the impact on the DHL network\nClose cooperation with the MOC \nVerification of completeness of incoming aircraft documents from EAT Part 145 maintenance stations.\nCoordination of work packages in LEJ together with the Work Preparation Coordinator\nCoordination of complaints with the Troubleshooting and Engineering Department\n- Monitoring and allocation of Real Time Planning data\nSupporting third party activities as required\nIssuing external orders to subcontractors according to maintenance requirements\nNotification to the aircraft operator of planned maintenance changes that affect scheduled time on the ground \nArranging \"flying spanners\" for specific aircraft routes and additional charters for EAT personnel for all EAT Part 145 outstations. \nOther tasks arising from the operational business \nCoordination of daily requests to the MCC\nWritten and telephone correspondence in all operational matters\nMonitoring and ensuring maintenance and layover reporting to all contracted trades\nPerforming special tasks and project work\nObserve company policy \nFollow efficiency of processes and suggest process improvements\nAssigning work activities to Line Control / Task Control \nSupport with troubleshooting or technical complaints in the hangar, the apron and the EAT outstations \nHangar time support and coordination of major events and AOG Recovery\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nRelevant knowledge of aircraft maintenance and organisational requirements for flight safety, security, quality, airworthiness and general operations of an airline.\nHold a Part 66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 aircraft maintenance licence. \nAt least one operationally relevant type rating desirable \nWillingness to obtain the CAT C rating \nComprehensive understanding of the German/European legal and regulatory framework and other statutory requirements\nStrong interpersonal skills \nVery good leadership and management skills \nDecisiveness and assertiveness to find flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment\nProven analytical skills\nQuality of service is important to us\nSelf-confidence, self-motivation, sense of responsibility and the ability to delegate and work under high time pressure\n\nOUR OFFER\n
