The Maintenance Co-Op will support the development and implementation of key administrative processes related to machine maintenance. This role focuses on creating user-friendly materials that guide operators through essential maintenance activities.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assist in creating and organizing the operator maintenance checklist.Take and compile photos for maintenance activity guides.Support with drafting and updating maintenance documents.Print, laminate, and post checklists at the machines.Collaborate with supervisors to ensure effective communication and checklist adherence.Work with operators and technicians to gather feedback.Prepare and organize training materials.Help manage digital files and checklist documentation.Coordinate meetings and support training sessions.Ensure checklist materials are accurate and user-friendly.Who You Are: You are creative and stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Basic understanding of machine maintenance processes is a plus.

Work Schedule
The typical work schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch) to mirror the hours of manufacturing operations but can work with the successful candidate to ensure optimal work-life balance.
