POSITION - CI Maintenance Coordinator - Manufacturing Plant
LOCATION - Venice, Fl
HOURLY RATE - $28.00 -$31.00 per hour - Based on experience
SHIFT - Day Shift - 6am to 4pm
Responsibilities Working closely with internal subject matter experts and other partners to develop content for existing & new programs that are practical, interactive which deliver a high ROIProviding quality training material which meets specific requested requirements, including program design, train the trainer support and evaluation techniquesDevelopment and support of training governancePromoting and expanding learning and development opportunities across Production ManagementBe proactive and possess strong research skills, resolve issues and drive training initiatives independently or within a team environmentAbility to analyze processes and data to determine training needs and develop materialsProvide in depth training reports and track the progress of training or related projectsAbility to provide innovative training techniques which mirror current industry trends and standardsActively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicableLead projects to continuously improve the business #MITERpgthp Qualifications EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Self-starter with ability to develop strategies in CI process and maintenance efficiencies. Must be able to communicate effectively.
