POSITION SUMMARY:

The Maintenance A position requires a broad skillset that includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience. Works on several types of metal forming equipment and other types of machinery used in the manufacturing process.  This role requires solid understanding of PLC troubleshooting and basic understanding of machinery automation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Troubleshoots and repairs 120V and 480V 3-PH electrical systems.Completes mechanical and electrical schematics.Completes work on PLC controlled systems.Troubleshoots and repairs simple and complex pneumatic systems.Completes repairs and maintains building systems.Performs preventive maintenance as required.ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required:    High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred Degree:  Trade, Tech or Vocational Education in Industrial MaintenanceYears of experience:  3 to 5 years
