**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Maintenance Mechanics by troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment on the floor. You will receive training through conducting preventive maintenance and shadowing the team. **Responsibilities** + Assist Maintenance Mechanics in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance as part of your training. + Shadow team members to gain hands-on experience and knowledge. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Mechanical knowledge + Understanding of pneumatics + Ability to read schematics + Repair skills + Mechanical troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Relevant industrial maintenance schooling + Experience with preventive maintenance + Proficiency with hand tools **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with every other weekend off. The shift is from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. A once-a-year fit test is required, and employees must be clean-shaven. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
