The Maintenance and Reliability Manager will manage and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and manage maintenance programs.Serves as reliability champion integrating with other plant functions to support EQ and process reliabilityFollow compliance and safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.Plan, prep, and schedule maintenance tasks with local maintenance team, and with contractorsOversee daily maintenance tasks and setting maintenance prioritiesLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Manage maintenance projects as neededManage procurement and storeroomManage, forecast, and oversee maintenance budgetOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Qualifications5 years' experience in Electrical Controls & TroubleshootingBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience2 years' experience in managing maintenance projects3 years' experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)Minimum of four years of related work experience2 years' experience managing maintenance budget and costs2 years' experience managing contractors and contractor projects3 years of supervisory experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred Qualifications5 years of supervisory experienceEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
