Please note this is a part time opportunity working 20 hours a week. The successful candidate will work 4 hours a day (Monday to Friday)

The role is paying £12.27 per hour

A Maintenance Admin is responsible for managing the Engineering office to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.


What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Carry out daily administrative activities of the Engineering office while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and ProceduresProvide secretarial support to the Engineering teamEnsure all communications, particularly relating to owners, guests and the corporate office are handled promptly and professionallyReceive and distribute mailEnsure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely mannerProvide minutes to Engineering Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessaryMaintain adequate supplies of office stationaryIdentify and build internal and external relationshipsCarry out all filingComply with all key security mandatesReport any maintenance issues or hazardsMaintain own work area in a clean, tidy and good mannerReport defective materials and equipmentAssist with special projects related to the Engineering OfficePerform other tasks as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Previous Engineering Office Coordinator experience in a fast paced environment
