**Hiring Immediately!** + Annual boot allowance + Stable industry, year-round employment + Weekly pay! **​​** **Nauset Disposal** has an opening for a **Maintenance Admin** to join our team in **Plymouth, MA.** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30 **Pay Rate:** $24.00 to $27 Dependent on experience **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide general clerical work to assure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department while communicating with the Maintenance Manager. + Inventory purchasing, stocking and distribution. + Maintain RTA parts management software. + Maintain company PO log and prepare shop A/P for approval + Manage oil sample program + Assist with and/or prepare materials + Vendor Communication and management + Compile information such as identification of items, cost, vendor, freight charges, etc. for purchasing of all maintenance materials + DMV Registration Tracking and record keeping. + Conduct self in an appropriate and safe manner, in accordance District / Company Safety policy. + Promote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices. + Other clerical duties assigned as needed. **What we need from you:** + Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. + Minimum 1 to 2 years in the automotive industry + Strong work experience utilizing MS Word, Excel and Outlook professionally. + Exceptional organizing and coordinating skills. + Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. + Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. + Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. + Ability to learn company specific programs and policies. **What you’ll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
