Westminster Oaks has an immediate opening Maintenance position.  The successful applicant will be able to:

Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer. Perform baisc functions that mechanical in nature with hand tools and power tools. Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters and ceiling tiles. Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment and pumps. Repair minor leaks. Assist Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.
