Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform the day-to-day maintenance tasks necessary to keep our facility and equipment operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

* The maintenance technician is responsible for the routine upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities.

* They may perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues, and assist in preventative maintenance programs.

* Specific duties can vary depending on the size and type of facility, but generally include tasks like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in maintenance, preferably with on-call responsibilities.

* Ability to repair or replace parts and components.

* Knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance.

Schedule:

* Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.

* Rotational on-call assignment with the site manager.

* Reports to the site manager.
