Delaware North Parks and Resorts is looking for a full-time or part-time Maintenance Worker to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Pay $25.60 - $25.60 / hour

What will you do?Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rodsChange light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaksPerform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat conditionAssist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and suppliesOperates motor vehicle as necessary

More about youMinimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility requiredPrevious experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferredMust have a valid drivers license 

Physical requirementsFrequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneelingAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStanding and walking 100% of the timeMust be able to work outside in all types of weather
