Maintainenance Engineer - Local Graduate

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our 1-year Production rotational development program. This program provides exposure to Process, Packaging, and Maintenance functions, ensuring hands-on experience and a well-rounded understanding of factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
During this period, she/he will be responsible for:
Supporting production teams in monitoring, analyzing, and improving efficiency, quality, and safety across different manufacturing lines using IWS / Process improvement tools. Assisting in packaging operations, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and downtime. Participating in maintenance activities by shadowing engineers and technicians, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and contributing to equipment reliability initiatives. Collecting and analyzing operational data to recommend process improvements and support decision-making. Engaging in problem-solving activities to address bottlenecks and technical challenges using IDA, IPS and UPS tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain practical exposure to end-to-end factory operations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Engineering discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking). Basic knowledge of process improvement, manufacturing safety, and quality standards is a plus.
