Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed, and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks. Performs related duties as assigned. Responsibilities Comply with all company policies and procedures Receiving shipments, creating and completing cycle counts of parts on hand, and organizing/storing parts and equipment Following all company safety rules and regulations, recognizing hazards and taking appropriate corrective action. Understanding and following written and oral instructions. Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Individual will be required to work some weekends as part of position and holidays. Perform cycle counts as per the established matrix and complete a full storeroom count on a quarterly basis. Manage parts checkout process Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts area at all times. Ensure all bin locations are properly labeled and assigned in the inventory systems. Assist technicians in locating necessary parts efficiently Contact vendors to request pricing and availability of parts and services. Coordinate with other sites for parts Make service calls and coordinate external support as needed Receive parts room inventory control and reconciliation of parts on a daily basis 5S – Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Keep locations properly labeled Housekeeping (trash, sweeping, etc.) Ability to pass forklift operations requirements testing and safely operate equipment, including stand-up and sit-down lifts. Frequent movement around parts room Lifting - up to 50 pounds above head height with or without an accommodation Must be able to maneuver safely around moving equipment and/or in congested manufacturing areas Must be able to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear protection, steel toed shoes, rubber gloves/boots, etc. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
