Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere. **Job Posting External** **Job Duties** + Follow all safety protocols when executing work on Crown property, participating in cyclical training and Safety programs as applicable. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and utilities via testing equipment, technical manuals, online and phone support. + Apply quality craftsmanship while installing or maintaining electrical or mechanical systems throughout all of Crown facilities. + Ability to read and understand electrical & mechanical drawings to aide in equipment and plant repairs. + Thoroughly document all repairs made to equipment utilizing the work order system. + Execute PMs, work orders, track part inventories and time using CMMs system. + Provide shift reports to communicate needs and accomplishments. + Operate and drive construction equipment, trucks, lift trucks, carry deck, scissor & boom lift, etc. + Support Engineering projects that may require, welding, millwright duties, setting machines etc. + Basic construction demo and framing skills. + Basic plumbing installation and repair skills. + Basic Single phase and three phase electrical repair and installation skills. + Basic remodel, paint and finish carpentry skills. + Willing to train on or off-site with internal and external training resources. + Basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe pdf + Perform all other duties as assigned to facilitate manufacturing quality, productivity, and efficiency. **Minimum Qualifications** + This position requires a high school diploma. + Must be able to stand / walk 10 hrs. per shift. Frequently bend, reach above shoulder level, balance, and occasionally squat, crawl, climb, kneel, and push/pull. Able to safely lift and carry 0 to 40 lbs. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing for effective communication with leadership and piers. Must be able to work at heights from floor level to 30’ of elevation. Must be able to travers stairs, ladders, catwalks, and other uneven surfaces inside and outside of the plant. **Preferred Qualifications** + 2-year technical degree or 5 years of relevant experience preferred Pay rates between $32.56/hour - over $38/hour! Plus, earn an additional $1.50/hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift. **Work Authorization:** Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
