Position: IT Operations Support Specialist (Overnight Shift) We’re looking for an IT Operations Support Specialist to join an enterprise-level support team. This role is primarily focused on systems monitoring and general IT operations support. The schedule includes overnight shifts on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, ideal for someone seeking a non-traditional workweek. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor infrastructure, systems, and networks across various platforms. + Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. + Follow established procedures for incident handling and documentation. + Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams and end users. + Deliver consistent and professional customer service via phone or remote support tools. Required Experience: + 2–3 years in an IT support or operations role, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution. + Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve issues calmly and professionally. + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. + Able to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users. Desired Skills: + Familiarity with systems and network monitoring in an enterprise environment. + Experience in a data center or IT operations center. + Proficiency with Windows operating systems and general productivity applications. + Ability to work across multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. + Familiar with remote support techniques and basic scripting or command-line navigation. + Solid understanding of user account administration and basic networking.
