Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day activities of mailroom staff, ensuring compliance with mailing timeframes.
- Ensure 100% quality control and accuracy of all outbound mailings, whether in-house or fulfillment vendor mailing.
- Oversee quality control and fulfillment vendor and mailroom activities including exceptions, potential count discrepancies, return mail, and accuracy of fulfillment materials.
- Provide regular and ad hoc fulfillment activity reports to Manager.
- Assist mailroom staff in mail processing and movement of materials.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must reside in or near Jefferson City, MO- Full-time availability from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday- Willing and able to work onsite in Jefferson City, MO- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Preferred - Familiarity with office equipment, Preferred - Excellent organizational skills, Preferred - Ability to work independently, Preferred
