TEKsystems is actively hiring for a mailroom processor for a financial services client in Golden Valley! Description This position is responsible for the identification, sorting, and preparing documents for scanning into document management system. Retrieve files from record storage boxes Look up policy information on business administrative systems Conduct address research for information returned as undeliverable Assembly of contracts for mailing (using desktop thermal binding machine, creating UPS label for mailing) Update spreadsheets through Excel Responsibilities Sort and file incoming documents into document categories Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, taping tears, flatten documents prior to scanning, inserting separator sheets Retrieve documents from record storage boxes for delivery to requestors Look up information on administrative systems Use various systems to locate valid mailing address and re mail correspondence Assemble print output into packages for mailing (using desktop thermal binding machine, creating UPS label for mailing) Perform other clerical duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Basic Computer Knowledge Ability to multi task Excellent phone skills Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to work independently Ability to work within time constraints Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy Effectively communication Ability to build and maintain a good relationship with customers/service orientation Skills Microsoft, Data entry, File management, Scanning, Mailroom, Clerical, Document control, Document review, excel data entry, Customer service, Bank operations, Imaging, Filing, Administrative support, Outlook, Administration, Typing, Service, Order entry, Sorting Top Skills Details Microsoft Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma 1+ years of experience in a professional setting Open to backgrounds, need a quick learner, this is an entry level position Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
