Position will be on-site in Richardson, TX

Full-time employment, benefits and team atmosphere

$15/hr. + overtime

Work Schedule is Mon-Fri

About the Inbound Mailroom Position: 

\n

We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n

 

\n\n The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment \n Strong work ethic with strong reliability and dependability. \n Effective and accurate verbal communication skills. \n Effective in consistently following processing rules for enhanced quality\n\n

What you will be doing: 

\n

 

\n\n Working in a mailroom  \n Receives, processes, and ensures paper document integrity and classification are completed \n\n

prior to image scanning

\n\n May require image quality control cross training\n Sorts paper documents by form type and line of business depending on requirements for        \n\n

processing

\n\n May Require some lifting up to 40 pounds\n\n

  Requirements 

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age or older. \n Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). \n Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug test \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $15.00.
