May perform one or more of the following duties as determined by manager or business needs:\n
Responsibilities:\n\nServe as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments. \nResponsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (e.g. letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments. \nMake timely collection of outgoing mail.\nPrepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment.\nTrack and maintain records and logs of mailing.\nPerform accurate data entry as needed.\nResponsible for inventory control of mail and shipment supplies. \nAnswer phone in a professional manner\nSupports the day-to-day operations of the facility\nRespond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupants\nDrop off mail to the Post Office\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n
Qualifications:\n
\n\n Must have PC skills office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry or other related mailbox processing\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nProven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance.\nFlexibility to work additional hours with little notice.\nWorking knowledge of preparing files financial industry preferred.\nProven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error free) and high throughput (consistent Items for Hour)\nAbility to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines\nFollow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulations\nSupport other operations and administrative functions as required.\nAbility to work both independently and as active participant in a team environment.\nContribute towards a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.\n\n
