Key Responsibilities: + Serve as a liaison between The Millennium Group's (TMG) mail and office services team and various client departments. + Drive throughout the metro Newark, DE area to deliver and pick up mail from client locations. + Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, including U.S. Postal Service, interoffice, letters, and parcels, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. + Collect outgoing mail promptly; prepare and process outbound shipments via courier services using appropriate computer systems or service provider equipment. + Maintain accurate records and logs of incoming and outgoing mail; perform data entry as needed to track mail activity. + Monitor and manage inventory of mailroom and shipping supplies; deliver supplies to designated areas as needed to support mailing operations. + Follow safety and handling protocols, including lifting items up to 50 lbs. + Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED equivalent required. + 6 months to 1 year of experience in a mailroom setting or related work at FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping providers. + Valid driver's license with a good driving record. + Ability to lift and transport packages up to 50 lbs. + Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
