Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **The Opportunity** + Managing Mail Room Operations such as receiving, sorting, distributing mail including daily communication of MIS mail reports to departments + Work on own initiative as well as part of an integrated site team. + Reliable and conscientious worker who seeks to exceed agreed service levels. + Ensure daily consignment report is updated in portal and informed. + Ensure all consignment issues pertaining to client are resolved in timely manner. + Ensure all mail is collected, sorted, and distributed correctly. + Record hand delivered items and contact consignee. + Process all international courier shipments on a daily basis. + Maintain and update company notice boards in line with ISO procedures. + Provide flexible support to the General Services areas i.e. Reception, Service line. + Ensure mail is delivered via the most cost-effective route – log of all cost savings to be updated. + Maintains inventory of stationery using computer systems: Runs regular stock control reports and performs stock checks. + Ensure departmental and reps lists / pigeonholes are updated when required. + Porterage activities + Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others. + Follow all CBRE health and safety requirements at work. + Participate and complete the trainings assigned by your line manager and CBRE my training portal as and when required. + Maintain and ensure to comply with CBRE – RISE principles of respect, integrity, service and excellence when dealing with anyone. + Support all team members, co-workers and managers to reach a common goal and provide green, clean and safe working environment to everyone working within facility. + Perform any other reasonable job duties as requested by facility coordinator or managers. **What You’ll Need** + Minimum Bachelor degree + Minimum of 3 years related experience within a post room environment. + Excellent computer and communication skills. + Often obtains and provides information to primarily others internally. + Infrequently explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally. + Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
