Mail sort and scan center we perform open and sort of USPS,UPS and boxes of mail and prepare and scan the items in high-speed scanners. This job requires Sitting, Standing, Walking and lifting of items that come into the inbound mail room to work. Please make sure they know to wear comfortable shoes cause of the walking and active moving around the team does. Come in sit with tables and open and prepare mail. The next step would be scanning the open mailed into scanners. The next step would be to store the scan records into totes up to 40 lbs. Do mailroom runs and work with freight in a warehouse area. (dealing outdoor weather at times, unloading/loading trucks) Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3 months - 1 year of production related experience preferred. - Open sort and prepare incoming correspondence - Scan incoming correspondence - Record specified incoming documents - Appropriately file imaged claims appeals adjustments and inferior quality imaged claims - Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors - Able to lift totes weighing 35-40 pounds - Mandatory overtime is required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
