**The Opportunity!**
Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, the Mail Operations role, under the direction of the Branch Leader, is responsible for providing professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous service. This includes ensuring timely distribution of inbound items, precise processing of outbound mail, and maintaining accurate financial records—all while delivering superior client service.
+ Full-Time permanent career working out of one of our Fort Qu'Appelle location.
**What you will bring to the role –**
Client Services:
+ Engage with clients on all matters related to inbound and outbound mail
+ Liaise with delivery workers on the timely and accurate receipt of inbound mail and provide accurately processed outgoing mail
+ Consult with clients on their service or product needs and ensure that the best solution is proposed each time
+ Interact with all clients in a sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, professional way
+ Administration:
+ Sort and distribute inbound mail and parcels in a timely and accurate manner
+ Complete financial documentation and remit as required in a timely and accurate manner
Teamwork
+ Ensure that others are able to provide client service on a continuum even if you are away from the office
+ Complete all required training assignments in a timely manner, including online and on demand learning for safe lifting.
+ Other special projects and assignments as may be required.
**Experience –**
+ Previous experience in client service is an asset
+ Experience organizing and product placement
