Job Title: Mail Center Associate
Location: Corporate Office (Wawa, PA)
Department: Store Operations Services
Join our Corporate Services team as a Mail Center Associate and be a key part of the communication and distribution process that supports our stores and offices across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest regions. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the collection, processing, and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail, handle store POS distribution, and provide day-to-day support to corporate and store associates.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess outgoing mail and shipments using Postal, UPS, and FedEx Freight equipment per standard operating procedures.
Receive, record, and distribute incoming deliveries across the Corporate Campus, Wawa University, and Dairy Complex.
Collaborate with the Print Shop and other departments to assemble and deliver weekly store distribution materials.
Deliver and retrieve “Blue Bags” to and from Transportation, containing store communications, coupons, and credit receipts.
Maintain and stock beverage stations and related supplies for associates.
Serve as a backup for the Red Roof front desk receptionist as needed.
Maintain and inspect Corporate Services vehicles, including basic upkeep and fueling.
Support Finance by delivering bank deposits and transporting payroll checks.
Provide excellent customer service and support to all internal teams and associates.
Essential QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

Physical RequirementsRegularly required to: stand, walk, reach, grasp, push, and lift
Must be able to:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively
Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
Push carts weighing up to 700 lbs
Must be able to work in various physical positions including bending, squatting, and kneeling
This position is considered essential personnel and requires the ability to report to work during inclement weather
