About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a billable (75%-50%) Service Delivery Line Manager to support Network Management Platform service delivery business. In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery by collaborating closely with Customer Units (CUs), Business Areas (BAs), Service Delivery Units (SDUs) and other parts of CSS organization. Suitable candidate will be part of Network Management leadership team.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about people, business & strategy and possesses management and operational leadership skills. As a leader you will nurture talent, secure competence readiness, and promote Ericsson’s values. You will also be driving innovation and competitiveness.

 

What you will do:

Be responsible to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.Be responsible for project deliveries of cloud domain and ensure service delivery execution.Manage and lead your team, drive performance management, career development, competence development, recruitment, and resource management.Build a productive work environment enabling high performing team.Manage talent demand and talent pool, including demonstrating and contributing to global inventory.Drive operational and delivery efficiency across the Cloud domain, ensuring maximum re-use, high quality, knowledge sharing, and adherence to proven processes. This includes our continuous delivery, automation, cost optimization and offshoring activities.Build and maintain positive relationships with customer units through an understanding of their business needs, expectations, and escalation handling. Also, supporting issues that spans across domain boundaries.Foster good stakeholder relationships with CU, BA, SDU and other units of CSS organizationResponsible for financial and quality metrics for your team

 

The skills you bring:

A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fieldRelevant experience in cloud products, solutions or service delivery. Experience in Ericsson portfolio preferred.Deep understanding of service delivery processes, models and strategy.Proven leadership experience in planning, recruiting and building competence.Ability to lead a distributed, diverse, multi-cultural and matrix organization with strong people leadership skills and ability to mobilize stakeholders support for result – Customer, CU, BA, SDU and our partners.Obsession with cost, quality, and competitiveness with good financial competence.Excellent social and communication skillActing with integrity and drive ethics and compliance adherence throughout the organization
