Job Description
The Level 2P Machinist operates and adjusts industrial machinery within manufacturing processes, ensuring, quality, and adherence to safety standards. We are looking for flexibility, technical skills, and the ability to interpret technical diagrams, contributing to the optimization of production processes.
Your Responsibilities:Operate specialized machinery in multiple industrial processes, including Varias, Flexy Bars, Bliss tube manufacturing, Euromac punching, Stamtec stamping, Baykal bending, and painting.Configure and adjust machines to maintain high-quality production, including complex setups and adjustments.Read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings in 2D and 3D for accurate execution of operations.Perform high-complexity tasks with occasional management, ensuring in results.Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase processes and reduce waste.Inspect and verify machined parts, ensuring compliance with quality tolerances.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to assemble and manufacture components.Strictly follow safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations in all activities.Conduct minor preventive maintenance on machines to ensure operation.Operate measuring tools to verify the of manufactured components.The Essentials – You will Have:High school diploma or completed technical degree in manufacturing, mechanics, or related fields.No prior experience required, although knowledge of industrial machinery operation.Read and interpret technical diagrams.Certification in two medium-impact processes and one process within production.6 months of experience configuring and adjusting manufacturing machinery.Availability for rotating shifts.Strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.Physical capability to handle components and tools related to industrial manufacturing.No record of absences, suspensions, or administrative warnings.What we Offer
