We are currently seeking a Machinist Apprentice to join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You Will Do:

Assist in the setup and operation of manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinesLearn to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematicsMeasure and inspect parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and toolsFollow safety protocols and best practices in a shop environmentDocument work accurately and support quality assurance processesAttend classroom training (if part of a registered apprenticeship program)Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced machinistsParticipate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activitiesSupport general shop operations and contribute to team success

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalentU.S. Person status (if required by industry regulations)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with tools, mechanical work, or shop classesEnrollment in or graduation from a vocational/technical schoolBasic computer skills for data entry and machine interfaceStrong math and problem-solving skillsMechanical interest and hands-on curiosityReliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learnAbility to work safely and follow detailed instructions
