In this critical role, you’ll machine high-precision components that support advanced systems and ensure quality and performance at every stage of the process. **What You’ll Do:** + Set up and operate CNC and manual machine tools, including **lathes, mills, and grinders** + Read and interpret **blueprints, engineering specs, and technical drawings** + Execute unique part setups with tight tolerances and exacting standards + Use tools like **Swiss micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and standard micrometers** + Fit and assemble precision parts into mechanical equipment + Ensure quality through in-process checks and documentation + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace + Accurately complete all required production paperwork **What You’ll Need to Bring:** **Required:** + **5+ years’ experience** on 3-Axis CNC machines (4- or 5-Axis a plus) + Experience running **manual machines** and performing setup + Familiarity with **Mazatrol** and **Fanuc (HAAS)** controls + Ability to read and interpret **blueprints and production diagrams** + Strong foundation in shop math, tooling, feeds, and speeds **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
