PDS Tech Commercial, a Military Friendly® Employer is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Machinist to join our team supporting operations. This is a hands-on role where precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship are key to success.

Position Summary
As a Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, perform inspections, and ensure parts meet quality standards. You’ll contribute to production goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

Perform first-piece inspections and maintain consistent quality

Follow job instructions and quality procedures

Deburr parts and meet daily production targets

Edit G-code programs as needed

Track and run jobs in order of precedence

Log job information using the SAP system

Maintain a clean work area using 5S principles

Participate in daily tier meetings

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading skills

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Proficiency with measuring tools: calipers, OD mics, steel rulers, height gauges, depth mics

Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

1–2 years of CNC experience (preferred but not required)

Familiarity with SAP or similar job tracking systems

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
